IT Recruitment Specialist

1. Responsible for IT recruitment.
2. Develop new job descriptions and update existing ones.
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job websites and groups.
4. Utilize internal database, social media, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
5. Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific requirements.
6. Matching qualified candidates to requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
7. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
8. Maintain and update the database throughout the complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
9. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
