Qualifications

Education:

• BSc degree in Engineering or equivalent field
• Procurement certification is plus. 

Job Description

Scope of work:

Responsible on monthly orders processing cycle of raw and packing materials from purchasing to receiving the material, in addition, to maintain the daily follow up with suppliers to avoid any shortage in material with keep a minimum storage inventory.

The supply chain Planning Assistant Supervisor is also in charge of supporting the procurement team and another department for any related issue to Raw/Packaging Materials.

Key Accountabilities:

Issue the monthly/daily orders of raw materials according to JICE policy and requirements.

Follow up on daily item purchasing

Sustaining daily, weekly, monthly and yearly records and documents of incoming and outgoing raw materials in which is within JICE standards

Reporting minimum stock levels and following the purchase process with the procurement team to ensure the availability of stock

Follow up with planning on raw material trials to support global procurement Agenda.

Follow up with raw materials team/suppliers to close rejected material claims.

Follow up with clearance agent to clear the shipment without delay.

Training new members of the team

Organizing the daily records and documents of incoming and outgoing raw materials, which contain information of time of entry, address, and quantities.

Issuance of all needed raw materials of departments with the correct documentation and sending them to the accounting department.

Follow up with marketing to ensure implementing marketing agenda on time.

Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of logistics, Procurements and/or supply chain experience.
• SAP, advanced Excel skills, data reporting is required.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills are required.

• Supply Chain: Procurement, Planning, and Warehousing
• IT: Master Data.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
