مطلوب محاسب للعمل لدى شركة برمجيات في عمان

Minerets Tech Company, one of software leading companies in Jordan, looking for Chief accountant. 

Job Purpose:                                                                                                                           

Control the company’s financial assets and costs through the review of the financial transactions and ensuring the compliance with the financial policies and standards.

Provide management with all the financial data and reports to support the decision-making process.

Job Description:

Planning, organizing and controlling finances for the company 

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

Preparation of balance sheet and income statement

Preparing accruals for all payroll benefits and obligations on a monthly and annual basis

Preparing daily accounting entries on the accounting system

Preparing and managing all customers’ accounts, vendors and employees

Following up and collecting company’s receivables (debtors)

Preparing and organizing monthly payrolls

Following up with banks and preparing banking reconciliations

Following up with sales tax department and social security department 

Using an Accounting Software program.

Validate Purchases and ensure that all purchases Transaction made through pre-approved Vendors.

Skills:

Years of Experience needed: minimum 4 years

Very motivated and well organized.

Eager to learn.

Team player.

Bilingual with fluency in English & Arabic

Strong personality and self-confident.

Competent and hard working.

Work independently and remotely

Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders

Proactive

Well versed with IFRS & VAT regulations

Consolidation of multiple projects.
