Monitoring Officer

As a Monitoring Officer, you will coordinate all aspects of Stocks for assigned department.

Responsibilities:

- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock

- Oversee storage of products

- Coordinate regular inventory audits

- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)

- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)

- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers

- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory

- Analyze data to anticipate future needs

- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met

- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmacist.

- Two (2) years’ experience in Medical devices Companies.

- Working knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel).

- Working knowledge of computerized inventory control systems (ERP, SAP).

- Familiarity with medical and surgical supplies and equipment.
