1-  Claims Officer

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs and offers financial protection against unforeseen health risks. We are currently seeking to hire Claims Officer at Claims Department with the following tasks and responsibilities: 

Your Job

·         Applying Claims Department policy & procedures and quality measures for processing claims. 

·         Conduct Medical Audit and review received claims and compare according to scope of coverage and provider contracts before processing. 

·         Processing of providers network claims and reimbursement efficiently & accurately, in order to provide company records of all received claims before end of every month according to FIFO (First In First Out). 

·         Reporting batches according to TAT (Turn Around Time) and workflow. 

·         Entering data accurately (Medical Adjudication) in order to provide accurate records to the company and PICs. 

·         Checking e-claims in order to give feedback directly to the Network team about status of claims in terms of (Price, Rejection or Approval, Data Entry correction, etc...). 

·         Maintain records of claims related to canceled and deleted members 

·         Act as buddy for any new joiner as per MedNet policies. 

  

  

Your profile

  

  

·         Bachelor degree in Nursing, pharmacy, physician or any medical field. 

·         1-3 years of experience in medical field. 

·         Experience in insurance industry or TPA is a plus. 

·         Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) 

·         Industry knowledge related to health services system is a plus. 

·         Good Command in English 

·         Ability to handle stress and pressure. 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2-  Junior Claims Officer

MedNet Jordan is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs and offers financial protection against unforeseen health risks. We are currently seeking to hire Junior Claims Officer at Claims Department with the following tasks and responsibilities: 

Your Job

• Applying Claims Department policy & procedures and quality measures for processing claims. 
• Processing of providers network claims efficiently & accurately, in order to provide company records of all received claims before end of every month according to FIFO (First In First Out). 
• Conduct Medical Audit and review received claims and compare according to scope of coverage and provider contracts before processing. 
• Work in high speed and efficiency to achieve monthly targets. 
• Entering data accurately in order to provide accurate records to the company and PICs. 
• Processing E-claims in terms of (Batch Number, Correct PIC, Data Entry with correction, etc...). 
• Maintain records of claims related to canceled and deleted members. 
• Communicate with all interdepartmental such as Network, Approval, Production and Claims processor colleagues. 

Your profile

  

• Bachelor degree in Nursing or pharmacy. 
• 0 -1 year of experience in medical field. 
• Experience in insurance industry or TPA is a plus. 
• Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Industry knowledge related to health services system is a plus. 
• Very Good Command in English 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to handle stress and work pressure.
